Service
VIVERSIA is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform available through viversiacrm.com. It provides CRM, workflow, communication, scheduling, automation, reporting and related business tools.
Features may vary by tenant configuration, subscription, connected services and product version.
Accounts and authorized use
Users must access VIVERSIA only through accounts and organizations they are authorized to use and must protect their login credentials and connected-service authorizations.
A tenant is responsible for the activity of its authorized users and for configuring permissions appropriate to its organization.
Tenant data
Each tenant is responsible for the CRM, contact, communication and business data it submits to VIVERSIA and for having an appropriate basis to collect, use and communicate with the people represented in that data.
Tenant data and tenant-owned provider connections are intended to remain scoped to that tenant and are not intended for use by another tenant.
Connected services
VIVERSIA can connect to third-party services such as Google and communications providers when an authorized user enables the integration. The user or tenant remains responsible for its third-party account, provider terms, permissions and continued authorization.
VIVERSIA may stop or limit a connected feature when authorization expires, a provider changes its API, the integration is disabled, or continued operation would create a security or compliance risk.
Acceptable use
Users must not use VIVERSIA to violate law, infringe rights, bypass provider rules, send unlawful or unauthorized communications, access another tenant's data, interfere with platform security, or attempt to misuse credentials or integrations.
Users are responsible for reviewing automated outputs and communications before relying on them where human review is appropriate for their business process.
Service availability and changes
VIVERSIA is an evolving software service. Features, integrations and interfaces may be changed, suspended or discontinued when needed for maintenance, security, provider compatibility or product development.
The service may experience interruptions caused by maintenance, infrastructure, third-party providers, network conditions or other factors outside direct platform control.
Data and privacy
Use of personal data and connected-account information is described in the VIVERSIA Privacy Policy available at https://viversiacrm.com/privacy.
Tenants remain responsible for their own privacy notices, lawful processing obligations, consent requirements and data-subject obligations applicable to the data they place in VIVERSIA.
No professional or outcome guarantee
VIVERSIA provides software and automation tools. Unless separately agreed in writing, the platform itself does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment or other regulated professional advice.
Automated outputs, generated content, analytics and workflow results may require verification. VIVERSIA does not guarantee business, financial, sales, investment, compliance or other outcomes.
Security and suspension
VIVERSIA may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, tenants, connected services or data, or to respond to suspected misuse or a security incident.
