Secure CRM intelligence for VIVERSIA users in ChatGPT and other supported AI assistants.

What Atlas does

Viversia Atlas lets an authenticated VIVERSIA user ask an AI assistant for tenant-scoped CRM counts, lead summaries, lifecycle information and reporting that their current VIVERSIA role is allowed to read.

The public plugin launch is read-only. It does not create, update, delete, assign or export CRM records, and it does not send WhatsApp, email, campaigns or notifications.

Tenant and permission boundary

The connected tenant and user are resolved from the authenticated VIVERSIA account on the server. The assistant cannot choose an organization ID or use a tool argument to switch tenants.

VIVERSIA revalidates active membership and permissions on each MCP request. Restricted agents remain limited to their assigned records where the CRM permission model requires that scope.

Privacy

Atlas returns only the data needed for the requested supported task. Public-plugin reporting does not expose lead phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, email addresses, raw messages, notes, credentials or infrastructure secrets.
